At the age of eight, while most kids were playing in the small village of Krioneriti (‘Cold Waters’), on the Greek island of Evoia, I was making coffees and serving my mother’s tempting appetizers. I loved watching the satisfied smiles around the table! That’s when my passion for Greek food began. Some of my fondest memories are the fragrant spices, fresh herbs and flavorful meals. These memories drive me to the perfection of each meal I prepare today.
